1. Where are you located?

We are based in Delhi, India. All our products are shipped directly from our warehouse.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery on most products across India.

3. How long will delivery take?

Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days (depending on your location)
Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available)
You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email once your order is shipped.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp. You can also contact us at help@judgewatches.com with your order ID.

5. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with unboxing video proof. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes. You may return a product within 15 days of delivery if it's unused and in original condition. See our Return & Refund Policy for more details.

7. Do your watches come with a warranty?

Yes, all watches come with a 3-month replacement warranty for manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover water damage, battery, or accidental breakage.

8. Are your watches water-resistant?

Most of our watches are splash-resistant, but not suitable for swimming or showering. Please refer to individual product descriptions for water resistance info.
