Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns under the following conditions:

Return requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the order.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Returns are only accepted for items that are:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective
- Wrong item sent
- Significantly different from the description

Products purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Include the following in your message:

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

If the return is due to our error (defective/damaged/wrong item), we will provide a free pickup or reimburse your shipping cost.
If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order by the customer, the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

Please ensure that the item is packed securely to avoid any damage during return transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be made to the original payment method
You will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation once the refund has been processed

First check your bank account again
Then contact your payment provider or bank
