Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You may return a product within 30 days of receiving the order, for any reason β€” including change of mind β€” subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories, and in resalable condition.
  • Only new, unused products are eligible for return.

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind (no reason required) β€” within 30 days of delivery.
  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective product
  • Wrong item sent
  • Significantly different from the description

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact our customer support within 30 days of delivery:

Please include:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/videos (for damaged, defective, or wrong item cases)

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and a prepaid return label.

3. Return Shipping Cost

Returns are completely free β€” for any reason, including change of mind. We provide a prepaid return label included with every order, or arrange a free pickup. No restocking fees apply.

Please pack the item securely in its original packaging to avoid damage during return transit.

4. Exchanges

We also offer exchanges for a different size, colour, or model, subject to availability and the same eligibility conditions as returns above. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • You will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation once the refund is processed.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your payment provider or bank, as processing times vary.
